Ishmael Ntenje is the name. Started serious rapping in 2007. First hit single was Tuwechete chiyao in which I delivered rhymes in Yao language.
I also did an Islamic rap song titled Ka hijab around 2011. In 2020, I co-released a rap album titled Umunthu under a rap duo called Gravity. My latest release is Kodi Mukudziwa?(malamulo Episode 1). This is an Ep which breaks down and presents, in Chichewa rap, contents of the constitution of Malawi as inspired by the universal declaration of Human rights (udhr). This is the first of many episodes to come from my initiative called HipHop of Development. The General idea is to present everything development in a captivating fashion via rap music.
